6. Prohibited Conduct

- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform
- Impersonating any person, entity, or the Company
- Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users
- Posting or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
- Circumventing any access controls, digital rights mechanisms, or authentication systems
- Engaging in any activity that unreasonably burdens or disrupts the infrastructure of the Platform
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Company Ownership
All Content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, code, and design elements on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed on your purchase under applicable law.
8.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. 8.4 Payment Disputes

14. Modifications to the Platform

The Company may also update features, pricing, or content availability without prior notification. Where changes materially affect paid Services, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice.
15. Termination
15.1 Termination by You
You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Closing your Account does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription unless otherwise specified in applicable refund terms.
15.2 Termination by the Company
The Company may suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any associated Content ceases immediately.
15.3 Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms of Use.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Company may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable to the Company's place of operation. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration or such other mechanism as agreed in writing. Nothing in this section limits the Company's right to seek immediate injunctive relief where necessary to protect its rights or property.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or representations.

These Terms of Use are effective as of the date indicated at the top of this page. Your access to and use of the Sukaneprot platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.
