This policy applies to all paid products and services offered through Sukaneprot, including seminar registrations, course enrolments, subscription plans, and any other digital offerings available on our platform. It does not apply to free resources or complimentary access granted at our discretion.
2. General Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and the timing of your request. The following general conditions apply:
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes outlined in Section 3.
- Requests must be made through an eligible channel as described in Section 6.
- Proof of purchase may be required to process any refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria stated in this policy.
3. Refund Windows by Product Type
3.1 Live Seminars and Scheduled Events
For registrations to live or scheduled online seminars:
- A full refund is available if the request is submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
- Requests submitted between 3 and 6 calendar days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.
- No refund is issued for cancellation requests received fewer than 3 calendar days before the event, or after the event has begun.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no charge, provided the transfer request is submitted at least 48 hours before the event.
3.2 On-Demand Courses and Recorded Content
For self-paced courses and pre-recorded materials:
- A full refund is available within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- Once more than 20% of content has been accessed, or after 7 days from the date of purchase, no refund will be issued.
3.3 Subscription Plans
For recurring subscription-based access:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the platform until that date.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided unless required by applicable law.
- If you cancel within 3 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase and have not accessed any paid content, a full refund will be considered upon request.
3.4 Bundled or Promotional Purchases
For items purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer:
- Refunds are evaluated based on the individual components accessed within the bundle.
- If any item in the bundle has been substantially used or accessed, a refund may only be granted for unused components, calculated on a proportional basis.
- Promotional pricing is non-transferable and will not be reinstated once a refund has been processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases where the content has been fully downloaded or consumed.
- Certificates, credentials, or completion records that have already been issued.
- Add-on services or administrative fees.
- Purchases made using promotional credits, gift vouchers, or complimentary codes.
- Any product explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations Initiated by Sukaneprot
In the event that Sukaneprot cancels a scheduled event or discontinues a product or service:
- Affected participants will be notified as promptly as reasonably possible.
- A full refund of the purchase price will be issued automatically, without requiring a separate request.
- Where applicable, we may offer rescheduling or alternative access as an option in lieu of a refund, though acceptance of such alternatives is entirely voluntary.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and to issue a decision within 7 business days of receiving all required information.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
