4.4 Responsibility for User Content

Sukaneprot does not verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for any User Content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences arising from its submission.

5. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Procedure

5.1 Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content available on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to our designated contact with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material on the Platform that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it
• Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the identified material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner

5.2 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include your contact details, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court.

5.3 Repeat Infringers

Sukaneprot reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Open Source and Third-Party Components

The Platform may incorporate open-source software components or third-party libraries. Such components are governed by their respective open-source or third-party licenses, which are separate from and in addition to this Policy. Sukaneprot makes no representations regarding the intellectual property status of any third-party components beyond what is required by their respective licenses.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

8. Confidential Course Materials

This obligation survives the termination of your access to the Platform.

9. Enforcement
